ENNOH conducts the project collection process for hydrogen infrastructure by inviting project promoters to submit structured and comparable information about their planned assets. The received data are checked for completeness and integrated into the analytical steps of the TYNDP, including modelling, system needs identification and the cost–benefit analysis. ENNOH’s role within project collection is strictly analytical: the organisation does not certify or validate projects, does not select or shortlist them. Instead, ENNOH ensures that all relevant project information is transparently gathered and consistently prepared to support the subsequent assessment of Europe’s future hydrogen system.
